Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
When you submit comments, feedbacks, suggestions, ideas, information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, and other material to our Site, you are automatically granting us a royalty-free, continuous, fully sub licensable and binding right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and display, translate and create plagiaristic works from such Content in any media, as well as the right to use your name in connection with such Content, if we so choose.
You agree that no Content submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights(s). These Terms and Conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site/ or completing the registration or shopping process.
Myriad 6 may at any time and for any reason terminate or suspend the whole or any part of these terms and conditions without notice to you. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive any termination.
Placing an Order and Order confirmation
By placing an order you are offering to purchase goods which we may accept to sell to you based on our Terms and Conditions. All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the Order by us.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to the email address you supplied in the Order process. This email is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods
After receipt of your Order we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the product you have ordered and confirming prices. The order acknowledgement email is not an acceptance of your Order.
Acceptance of your Order and formation of the contract will only take place once we have confirmed your credit or debit card authorisation for your Order, and the products you have ordered have been dispatched.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Myriad 6 has no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrive
Refund and exchange
As an online business we aim to provide you with a hassle free return and exchange service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you have 14 days in which you can either return for a full refund or exchange for another dress (except for two toned or customised dresses) providing it has not been worn and is returned in the same condition it was initially sent to you.
As soon as your order has been received we will notify you with an email to let you know. In the unlikely event that you do not receive this email within 10 days for UK orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date you posted your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team on email@example.com If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund on two toned or customised dresses. This is because the style of the dress requires you to customise the colour to your preference and we cannot guarantee that we can re sell the dress should you be unsatisfied with it. We do however recommend you order colour swatches to make sure you have the right colour in mind. Please see swatches in our FAQ section for details on how to order.
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as Solo and Maestro debit cards. We also accept Paypal payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. We reserve the right to cancel your Order upon failure of card authorisation. Your card will be debited once the Order has been accepted.
We use the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our Site. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may revise or update the above Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. The Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time of your visit apply to that visit.
Limitation of Liability
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each Goods for sale on the Site. However, due to a number of different factors, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
If an error is discovered in the price of the Goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an Order for Goods that was advertised at an incorrect price. In such case, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your Order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the Goods. You may re-order it if you wish
Myriad 6 are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
